We hold our real estate projects in our own portfolio over the long term and develop them holistically – functionally, sustainably and with a clear commitment to lasting quality. We take care of land acquisition, steer planning from the initial idea through to realization, and manage our own portfolio. In this way, we actively contribute to urban development.
We develop new constructions and refurbish existing usable space. The focus is on environmentally friendly materials, modern energy supply, and well-thought-out floor plans – ecological, economical, and of lasting value.
